(if you don't watch this HBO series, please ignore).
1. We won't know anything definitive about Jon Snow's fate by the end of tonight's episode (season 6, episode 2). We will see some scenes at the Wall, but his body will neither be revived, nor disposed of in a way that makes resurrection impossible, until ep. 3 at the earliest. In fact, there is a reasonble chance that his body will be carried off by, say, the Wildlings and we won't know anything about his fate until next season. HBO can't help themselves: like any ratings-hungry network, they'll milk the fans' obsession with this issue until they start losing audience. Then, and only then, will they wake up to the reality that telling a good story isn't the same as teasing your fans into a state of fed-up apathy.
2. We will see Tyrion escaping dragon fire, in a way that will tease (without revealing) that he is immune to it. There's a fan theory that Tyrion is in fact a Targaryen, and I think it's fairly compelling. However, I think this is a TV-only storyline. In the books, he's probably not a Targaryen. But HBO is definitelty cutting through a lot of GRR Martin's dross: instead of introducing a dozen more characters, they're re-using the ones they have to fill in similar plot points. I think the big series climax needs 3 dragon riders, and I think that in the TV version these will be Dany, Tyrion and Jon Snow (which is why I don't particularly care about point 1 above).
3. Dany will be "rescued" in tonight's episode by Drogon the dragon. By "rescued" I mean that Drogon will wreak a wee bit of havoc first (quite likely killing Khal Moro in the process), Dany will then graciously stop the nasty beastie from wreaking some more havoc, and the Dothraki will swear allegiance to her in trembling terror. She will benevolently accept.
ETA: Boy was I ever wrong! My respect for the producers of the series has gone up.
